Greenish short escape

If you want a short escape to puncak, getting a dose of cool air and green scenery, but without having to be stuck in traffic, this trip might be perfect for you. Assuming you live in jakarta, depart at 7 am in the morning on the weekends, make sure you get to ciawi on 8 am or afterwards because the traffic will be one way to puncak starting on 8am. Head to cimory riverside as your first destination, you'll get there in 10-15 minutes by car from ciawi. Cimory riverside has a new attraction called cimory forestwalk where you can stroll by the riverside, into the forest. They also have a mini zoo in the forest where you can feed the animals. After getting all those dose of fresh air, go to the second destination, a 10 minutes drive to dhanoodle to have lunch. It's a semi-outdoor restaurant specializing in noodles. After that take the buggy car and go downward to vilo gelato to have your dessert by the riverside. They have all kinds of flavours you could imagine, including booze infused gelato. When you're done with the dessert, take the buggy car to go back to the parking lot and head home. Make sure you drive home at around 2 pm because the traffic will be one way down to bogor city then. You'll get to jakarta in around 1 hour as the traffic in jagorawi will still be manageable before 3 pm on weekends.
