Harbin is referred to as the “City of Ice”, and is a city like no other. In winter, the city holds a famous festival, named Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival. In this season, the city is transformed into a magical wonderland, with massive ice sculptures that glow vibrant colors at night.
