I'm back from Harbin! The food and fun in Harbin are amazing. I ordered barbecue every night, and the candied haws are on a completely different level from those in Nanjing! I also tried frozen persimmons and free skating on the Songhua River. My kid and I never got tired of it! 👉🏻2-day itinerary in Harbin: ▪️Day 1: Ice and Snow Carnival - Ice and Snow World ▪️Day 2: Diamond Sea - Music Gallery - Central Street - Sophia Church - Daoli Market Convenience is the most important thing when traveling! We stayed at the MaxX by Steigenberger Harbin Central Street for two days. The hotel is within walking distance of the Songhua River Ice and Snow Carnival, close to the subway station, and easy to get a taxi. The hotel lobby has a wide view, where you can see the hustle and bustle of the city and the bright lights of the Songhua River. We chose a deluxe river view room. After a day of fun, the view outside the window is very relaxing. The room also has a 1.6m foldable sofa bed, which is very convenient for a family. It can easily meet the needs of a family trip. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, gym, and children's play area. The breakfast is also very rich, with local specialties such as frozen pears and a little Russian food, which is very considerate for out-of-town friends. When we left, the staff helped us carry our luggage to the taxi. Nice! 🍃Travel tips: ❶The Ice and Snow Carnival is on the Songhua River. You don't need to buy a ticket. You can buy a ticket for any project you want to play. If you feel cold, you can go to the warm house to rest. ❷You can go to the Ice and Snow World at noon. The daytime is better for taking photos. There is a disco at night. There are places to rest inside. It is very big, like a shopping mall, and the food is not expensive. ❸It is recommended to go to the Diamond Sea on a sunny day. The cultural and creative store is on the right side of the Music Gallery, where you can buy snowman fridge magnets. ❹There are many delicious foods in Daoli Market. You don't need to have lunch after a tour. It is recommended to try the Russian barbecue. It is no exaggeration to say that it is the best barbecue I have ever had! ❺If you have enough time, you can also go skiing in Yabuli and see the snow houses in Snow Town. It takes more than an hour to get there by high-speed train from Harbin.
