#harbintrip The atmosphere is great, the food was good but the portion is way too small for its price. It's still a great place to go if you want to try some Russian food in Harbin but it may not fill you up. A must-visit restaurant that many guides recommend due to its historical background. BUT do not expect the quality. Both lamb and beef are chewy. The portion of every dish is small. Pricy dishes. Very average customer service. A restaurant has the fame but food and service quality are very limited and out-of-fashion.
