Ca Phe Thin- Pho Thin

Pho is one of Vietnamese cuisine, a noodle soup that originated in northern Vietnam. Pho Thin is a renowned family run restaurant at 13 Lo Duc Street, and has an outlet named Ca Phe Thin located beside the International Convention Centre, a 4 minutes 350 meters walk from Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. It is located at 35 Hung Vuong, Ba Dinh. Instead of boiling the beef, he decided to stir-fried it with garlic, before adding it to the soup. The beef in the bowl is noticeably different, with a lot of green onions added in the bone broth. Extra egg yolk is available upon order.
