They're served with a large bowl of dipping sauce, similar to a herbal soup, complete with chili, lemongrass, ginger, and a small lime or orange, along with a sharp dipping sauce. 🦪 The flavor is delicious and easy to eat. The snails are incredibly sweet and not fishy at all.
