The quality is very good, from wine to cocktails and whiskey. You can listen to live music after 18:00, so the atmosphere is really great. Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 11:00, so it is more leisurely than other hotels because the breakfast time is longer. Orders are A La Carte, and salads, cheese, drinks, bread, etc. are provided as a buffet. Te Tanger Champagne is provided free of charge, and you can order salmon, steak, Benedict, rice noodles, American breakfast, oysters, etc. for the order dishes, so 3 hours is enough for breakfast alone. If you come to Capella Hanoi, the gym is a must. Capella Hanoi has a manager who is from the head office and he goes around asking if you need anything.
