🏖️ Atmosphere/Facilities: ✅ Beautiful pool with a view of West Lake while swimming ✅ Lounge with a rich wine list, ordered two glasses of white wine, very smooth ✅ Excellent service at the exclusive IHG member counter, coinciding with the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, many restaurants were closed, the counter recommended four restaurants for us to choose from, helped with reservations, and the recommended restaurants were very delicious, making the family very happy 💞 Reasons for Recommendation: ✅ The suite is super spacious: living room, dining room, small kitchen (with coffee machine), two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and separate shower), outdoor balcony with lake view ✅ Comfortable bedding, independent bed springs for a good night's sleep
