RED RIVER

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to experience the new set menu "Lunar Alphabet" for this year's Mid-Autumn season at Red River Restaurant. Located on the 36th floor of Lotte Hotel, besides the polite, luxurious space, there is also an expensive view that encompasses the entire city of Hanoi. If the normal menu is quite expensive for young people, now the restaurant has opened a new menu that serves only on the weekends with a price of around 500K/person. Menu "Lunar Aesthetic" includes 2 sets of menus for you to choose: - Set 1 sẽ bao gồm các món: Tôm chiên giòn sốt cay ngọt, thịt gà chiên giòn sốt tỏi, thịt heo chiên giòn sốt chua ngọt, Mỳ hải sản bào ngư sốt đậu đen/Mỳ hải sản bào ngư cay, Trà nóng/Trà đá - Set 2 will include: Red Clam Salad, Shrimp Boiled, Fish Scallops with Mustard Sesame Sauce, Special Roast Pork Chops Steamed in Cigar Oil Sauce, Stir-fried Colored Tofu with Minced Meat in Spicy Sauce, White Rice and Soup, Hot Tea/Iced Tea At a reasonable price to make an authentic culinary experience accessible to more guests, Red River serves up extremely well-mannered dishes with high-quality ingredients such as scallops, red clams,.. I'm most impressed with the Crispy Fried Pork in Sweet and Sour Sauce and Spicy Fish Shell Seafood Noodles. Most of the spicy dishes here are humorously modified, people who can't eat spicy like me can still eat (besides you can increase the spiciness of your liking). This set menu will be served at the weekend and until the end of October only, so please come and experience it, I think with the quality of service, food quality, prime location and reasonable price, this is the experience shouldn't pass it up ;)
