Michelin 1-star T.U.N.G Dining

T.U.N.G Dining is a 1-star Michelin restaurant in Hanoi, Vietnam. Our budget is 35,000 yen per person. I've been to restaurants all over the world, but this was the best. They explained each dish, and I was impressed by the complex and delicate flavors. They offer both wine pairing and non-alcoholic pairing. This pairing matched the food perfectly and was delicious. It was the first time I've ever eaten ants, and it was delicious. I was particularly impressed by the pho. It wasn't the usual pho, but an arrangement that was incredibly delicious.
