Michelin Approved Cha Ca

#wheretogo I recently had the privilege to go on food tour in Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital and second largest city. Our hotel concierge recommended us to dine here at Cha Ca Thang Long for Cha Ca as it was one of the best in Hanoi. Cha Ca is basically catfished grilled and fried at the table in front of you on a pan with spring onions and dills. It makes for an AMAZING experience! The is only 1 item on the menu and you can go wrong! You’ll have to pair the fish with their homemade fish, peanuts, and a plethora of veggies and sauces. It’s really good! The exterior of the restaurant is grand and yellow with a long walkway which leads you to the restaurant. I can at 6pm and spent an hour here, leaving when it was dark. Come try it for yourself!
