Traditional Desserts in Hanoi

#wheretogo I recently went on a Food Tour trip with my friends in Hanoi, Vietnam. We walked for a long while and decided to take a break for ice cold desserts! We settled on Chè Hương Hải 93 as it looked the most welcoming. We ordered 3 desserts, which were the Caramel with “Kuch Bach”, Jaggeery & Ice Cream with Fruits. The “Kuch Bach” was a local dessert. Basically it’s a Vietnamese milk jelly, very similar to soya beancurd. It was not too sweet and really good! I’d recommend you to try it.
