☕ Amazing Hanoi view from Serein Cafe Lounge, Hanoi . This is another very cool cafe that you shouldn't miss. The shop is located on the 3rd-5th floor at 16th floor of Ga Long Bien. Just take the elevator up. You could say that this is a secret cafe because it's almost impossible to find the entrance. The best view is on the 4th floor, but if you want a panorama, you have to go up to the rooftop. You can see all around Hanoi. The weather is just as hot as back home. . The coffee here is delicious, but I haven't tried the egg coffee yet. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I recommend that if you go in the evening, sit on the rooftop. It's definitely awesome.
