Exploring the Fairfield by Marriott Hangzhou Gongshu

This trip to Hangzhou, Zhejiang revealed many newly opened hotels, and I specifically chose the Fairfield by Marriott Hangzhou Gongshu to experience its quality, adding a bit of fun to my Hangzhou travels. 🚉Transportation Tips: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right at Exit D of Gongchenqiao East Station on Metro Line 5, with almost no walking required. It's very easy to get to the Grand Canal, making it a hotel with excellent transportation access. 🌟Highlights: Being newly opened, the hotel maintains good quality. The rooms are well-equipped, and it includes both a laundry room and a gym. 🛏Room Facilities: The rooms are quite spacious overall. Fairfield seems to have standardized its design, with consistent styles and wooden flooring. The amenities and bedding in the room are very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. However, the sofa could be a bit wider for better lounging, and there's no designated spot for used towels and amenities, which end up on the floor and feel a bit messy. 🍽Dining Recommendations: The hotel's breakfast is decent, fitting Fairfield's standards and meeting basic needs. It would be even better with options like jianbing guozi and douhua. That said, the restaurant service is quite good. ✅Must-Try: Fairfield's gyms are well-maintained, with mineral water and towels provided—great for a quick workout and sweat session. 📝Tips: There's a fairly famous nightclub next to the hotel. It's not too noisy, but I imagine it gets pretty crowded on weekends.
