I've confirmed it—this Japanese restaurant is one of Hangzhou's top three!!

My best friend, a huge Japanese cuisine fan, said she'd show me what Hangzhou's top 3 is all about. It's located in the Raffles City twin towers. 🏙️The stunning view from the 38th floor complements the restaurant's simple yet sophisticated Japanese decor. The service is also attentive and thoughtful, making for a very comfortable dining experience💯 🏠The private dining rooms offer fantastic views overlooking the "Big Gold Ball" and Qianjiang New City. The Kaiseki set menu features high-quality ingredients and delicious flavors, with the menu changing monthly. From Sakizuke to Hassun, Otsukuri, Kozara, Shiizakana…the whole set is very satisfying. My personal favorites are the Kandoro Matsugasa-yaki and M9+ Ribeye—best enjoyed hot. I especially recommend their sashimi🍣: Botan shrimp, sea urchin, bluefin tuna, shellfish… The ingredients are fresh, and every bite is pure bliss👏👏👏 168 meters above the ground💕Treat the most important person in your life.
