"Xixi, stay a while" is a poetic phrase from Emperor Gaozong of Song, Zhao Gou. When he passed by Xixi in Hangzhou, he was so impressed by the beautiful scenery that he said, "Xixi, stay a while." This has become the most classic phrase associated with Xixi Wetland. 💜 Xixi Wetland is divided into a free area and a paid area. The scenery is similar in both areas, but the paid area is larger and mainly for boat tours. If you don't particularly enjoy taking a sculling boat, the free area is a better choice. ❤️ The "Xixi, stay a while" wall is located in the free area, next to Hezhu Tower on Hezhu Street. Hezhu Street is a snack street, so you can have lunch here. There is a post station nearby where you can take an electric car directly to Gaozhuang, or you can take a sculling boat. 👣 Free area tour route: Green Causeway—Hezhu Street—Hezhu Tower—Fu Causeway—Gaozhuang (must-see) 🚎 Transportation: There are several entrances to Xixi Wetland.
