Koren-ji Temple was moved to this location in 1891, and a signboard in the temple grounds said that Niimi Nankichi, the famous author of "Gon the Fox," came here to study sutras when he was in elementary school. The temple gate and main hall both have the atmosphere of buildings that have been there since that time, making it a very impressive temple. It's definitely worth a visit!
