Hokkaido's Shibazakura season has begun, with two main attractions: Mombetsu Shibazakura Takinoue Park Boasting a vast area of 10 hectares, this Shibazakura flower sea is Japan's famous and largest scale Shibazakura spot. The best time to see the Shibazakura in full bloom is from early May to early June. Kamiyubetsu Tulip Park On a vast land of 70,000 square meters, about 200 varieties of tulips are planted, including rare species imported directly from their native Netherlands. The best time to view the tulips is from mid to late May each year.
