[Hakodate] Orthodox Church of Christ

[Access] About a 15-minute walk from Jujigai Station on the tram [Points] ~Once you've settled in, enjoy the atmosphere!~ It is said that the Orthodox Church of Christ was built in 1860 as the first Orthodox Church in Japan. It started out as an affiliated church of the Russian Consulate, and later became the church that stands at the birthplace of the Orthodox Church of Christ in Japan. It is now a national important cultural property, so be sure to visit it when you are sightseeing in Hakodate.
