Haikou Food｜Delicious Zaopo Vinegar Hotpot!|||Haikou Zaopo Vinegar Hotpot I always take my friends from out of town to eat this! There are two good places in Haikou: - Steak King - Su Fu Ji This time I went to Su Fu Ji, which is in a small alley in Binhai New Village. The store is small, but there are many seats and the seafood is fresh. (There are many coffee shops in Binhai New Village, so you can go for a city walk and have a coffee after dinner.) I highly recommend their lard fried rice! (Pic 4&5) It's freshly fried and super fragrant! The three-flavor beef balls are also very good, and the mint beef balls are amazing. And the seaweed is a must-order for Zaopo vinegar. Just dip it in the soup and eat it right away. It's a delicacy you can't find anywhere else. Just order the seafood you like. As long as it's fresh, it's delicious! (But the seafood is a bit expensive.) The order of dishes we usually follow is: sea white - soup - seafood - meat - vegetables. 📍 Su Fu Ji Zaopo Vinegar Hotpot 🅿️ It's recommended to park in the marked parking spaces along the river in front of the Six People Coffee and then walk to the restaurant (in the alley).
