The buildings here are low and compact, houses closely connected one after another, alleys narrow and winding, roads one after another, only accommodating pedestrians and electric scooters weaving through.🏠🛵 The reason I came to this ancient town is because of the Dongpo Academy here. I walked all the way from Baimajing, passing through many villages, seeing only farmers tilling the land and old people herding cattle, occasionally a villager whizzing by on an electric scooter, leaving behind a fleeting figure.📚🐂 After visiting Dongpo Academy, I strolled through the streets of the adjacent ancient town, not for anything else, but just to catch a glimpse of the daily life of the people here. The children in the ancient town are particularly lively; they shuttle and play in the alleys, running from one end to the other, filled with innocence and joy.👦‍👧🎉 The market is bustling and extraordinarily lively. There is a wide variety of fruits here, including coconuts, mangoes, bananas, pineapples, jackfruits, durians, and more. Although the fruits are no different from those in the north and south of our great country, the fruits here are exceptionally delicious and affordably priced.🍉🍌🍍 On this peaceful land full of life, I felt the unique charm of Hainan and gained an unforgettable travel memory.🌟🎈
