A popular restaurant in Haeundae, Busan [Haeundae Milmyeon] This famous restaurant is so popular that locals line up, and serves cold wheat noodles "milmyeon" and "bibimmyeon" with sweet and spicy sauce. My personal recommendation is bibimmyeon. The perfect combination of moderate spiciness and chewy noodles! The wheat flour noodles in milmyeon are a little soft, so some people will love it and some won't. I think I prefer cold noodles. The steamed dumplings are also warm and have a gentle taste with a thin skin. The pickled radish and daikon radish that you can pick yourself are also a nice touch.
