Yangdong Folk Village

#KoreaGuide Gyeongju Yangdong Village felt like a time travel back to the Joseon Dynasty. The old houses and traditional hanoks lining the alleyways retained their age-old charm, and simply walking through the tranquil atmosphere was a soothing experience. The landscape, with its tiled roofs and stone walls, was particularly photogenic. Seeing firsthand why it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, I gained a deeper understanding of the value of traditional Korean architecture and lifestyle.
