Seokguram Grotto (Gyeongju)

#mytraveldiary Seokguram Grotto was one of the most moving sites I visited. Hidden high on Tohamsan Mountain, this stone sanctuary held a giant seated Buddha surrounded by Bodhisattvas and guardians carved with incredible detail. The sense of serenity inside was overwhelming — as if the mountain itself was sheltering a sacred secret. The grotto’s construction centuries ago showed incredible craftsmanship and devotion. Outside, the view over the East Sea was stunning, reminding me why this site was chosen. Visiting Seokguram felt like connecting to a spiritual masterpiece carved from both stone and faith. #mytraveldiary
