Soft and fluffy ~ Soft racing soufflé

I heard there was a delicious soufflé shop called Hulimmok on Hwangridan-gil, Gyeongju, so I stopped by! It was a hanok-style house with pretty flowers in front. It was in an alley, so you had to go in a bit. Once you go in, there was a spacious yard and a luxurious hanok feel! There was also a chandelier, so it gave off a modern hanok feel overall. We ordered drinks and basic soufflé pancakes! Wow~ There were two huge, fluffy pancakes! They were really delicious when they were drizzled with syrup. When I dipped them in with a fork, they melted away. Haha. They were really, really delicious. They melted in my mouth!
