A simple interior with a not-so-simple feel, Gyeongju's famous restaurant Sobakage

📍Gyeongbuk Gyeongju-si Cheomseong-ro 99beon-gil 25-5 Sobakage 📍Nagoya Mazesoba 9500 / Doniku Mazesoba 12000 📍Daily 11:00 - 20:30 (Closed every Monday) / Break 15:00-17:00 Since I came to Gyeongju Hwangridan-gil, I couldn't miss out on eating! So I chose the Mazesoba Japanese restaurant 'Sobakage'. Fortunately, I was able to enter without waiting and had a chance to look around the restaurant. The minimalistic, clean, and simple Japanese interior was just my style! It seemed to go really well with the simple name :) I sat by the window and ordered two Nagoya Mazesoba and Doniku Mazesoba with my friends! Since it wasn't an easy food to come by, I looked at the method of eating carefully and ate it very deliciously.. I was surprised that there was more than I thought.. The salty harmony of various ingredients and the chewy noodles that neutralized it..
