Yulbom Botanical Garden officially opens at 10:00, but the ticket booth opened around 9:15, so I was able to enter right then. It opens earlier than 10:00 on weekends and holidays, so I recommend arriving a little earlier! And around 10:00, the main gate parking lot was already full, so they guided me to the back gate parking lot.
