Wenchang Pavilion, Guiyang

Wenchang Pavilion is located in the east part of Guiyang city, Southwest China's Guizhou province. No. 29 Wenchang street, Yunyan district, Guiyang city Wenchang Pavilion was built in 1609, the 37th year of the reign of Wanli in the Ming dynasty. It was originally used to worship the Emperor Wenchang. Rebuilt in 1669, during the reign of Kangxi in the Qing dynasty (1644-1911). Wenchang Pavilion is included in the Chinese National Key Cultural Relic Protection unit. Reformations and repairs were made to protect it were made.
