Sharing my recent Guimaras trip (the new normal) From Manila, (Airasia PH) Airport counter will ask for your Vaccine Card, S-Pass and will also ask you about your stay -- where in Iloilo you are going. In my case its just Iloilo City, I didn't even tell that I'm also going to Guimaras (or even my plan to go to Negros Occidental afterwards), just to lessen the questioning while check in. Upon arrival in ILO (Iloilo International Airport), you have to fill up a Health Declaration Form plus you have to show your valid ID, S-Pass and Vaccine Card. Again, I mention here that I will be just in Iloilo City and declared my hotel name as for my residence in the province. Going to Guimaras, in Parola port, they will hand you some forms you have to fill out. Health Declaration Checklist and an Inbound Pass form. Also, they ask for my Valid ID and Vaccine card and ask a lot of questions. Good things its just a day trip around the province(they will ask if you're going to the beach and I don't know if they will ask for added requirements if you do so) and much better to have some contact person in Guimaras, as you can used them as your reference like what I did. In Jordan Port, Guimaras you just have to present your Inbound Pass and signed on the Tourism log sheet. It went easy for me since I have a tour guide waiting and he must be a well known, coz no other questions asked when I say his name. Remember to keep the Inbound pass form coz you need to surrender them upon your exit at the port. Fast Craft fare is 40 pesos per one way and goes every 30 minutes if I'm not mistaken. and the rest is history..
