Take a trip after the kids finish their exams and avoid the crowds. But traveling with kids can be unpredictable. Our little one started feeling sick on the way and had a fever that night. 😭 We spent the first day of our trip resting in the hotel. Luckily, the kids loved the family room we booked, so they weren't bored. The room was full of things to keep the kids entertained: duck plushies, a small tent, children's supplies, and more. · ✅ There's a children's play area on the 7th floor with a ball pit, slide, and more. I sat in the rest area and scrolled on my phone while I waited. It's a great way to keep the kids entertained without getting tired. There's also a gym and swimming pool nearby. · ✅ After the kids had fun, we went to the restaurant for afternoon tea. The restaurant has a great view of the mountains and sunset. They serve breakfast, afternoon tea, and some snacks. · ✅ The sky garden on the 14th floor is a great place to watch the sunrise and sunset. There were too many clouds when we stayed, but the view was still great. It's a nice place to sit and chat over tea. · The hotel has a thoughtful guide to Guilin. Unfortunately, the kids weren't feeling well, so we had to stay in the hotel. But it was a nice touch. ❤️ 📍Guilin Lijiang Boya Hotel
