Yulong River in Yangshuo

Yulong River is located in Yangshuo, known as the 'Little Li River', and is a half-hour drive from West Street. The Yulong River is the second largest river in Yangshuo after the Li River. It originates from the Guli River in Lingui County, flows through more than thirty villages in three towns of Yangshuo, and follows the Gui (Lin) Yang (Shuo) highway (National Highway 321) towards the slowly southward flow. It merges with the Jinbao River at the Qinge Ferry of the Chuanyan Ancient Banyan Scenic Area and then flows into the Li River. The Yulong River is 43.5 kilometers long, about 38-61 meters wide, and 0.5-2 meters deep. The river water is clear and flows slowly all year round. The normal flow rate is about 5 cubic meters per second.
