The name "Zini Twelve Gates" comes from the adjacent warehouse, which originally had twelve doors. Each door was themed differently during the redesign, creating a blend of meeting and accommodation spaces. The overall design carries an industrial landscape aesthetic, comprising nine creatively designed spaces of varying sizes, a 300+ square meter multifunctional hall, two small meeting rooms, and twelve themed areas. The first floor houses a reception area and activity room. The front desk is ingeniously designed with a glass top over a conveyor belt-like structure, while the stools in front are metal-themed. Three sofas serve as the seating area, adorned with adorable monkey crafts, making the space incredibly fun. The "Peak Terrace" suite on the fifth floor boasts an open-air space. To the left upon entry is the suite, featuring a bathtub surrounded by striking yellow glass—super cool! The study on the second floor is equally distinctive, with a desk and a floor-to-ceiling circular glass window that frames the outdoor scenery like a painting. Here, the spaces between buildings become streets perfect for weekend markets. The living room doubles as a studio and an art salon, while the bathtub can transform into a reading nook. The vibrant life within these walls gives the architecture its unique character and warmth.
