A must-stay hotel in Guangzhou!!!

In-depth review of The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou This was my first stay after the holiday and my first stay in Q1. I was attracted to the hotel when browsing the app late at night, so I went to Guangzhou again and stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou. It turned out to be a great choice, and the experience was amazing! 🧹Soundproofing/Cleanliness: The hotel has excellent soundproofing, and the room is quiet and comfortable, free from outside interference, allowing me to fully relax during my stay. The cleanliness is impeccable, the room is spotless, the bed is tidy, and the bathroom has no odor, making it a very reassuring stay. 🏘️️️Room type/Layout: The Carlton Suite (Room 3602) I stayed in this time is very large, divided into five areas: living room, balcony and office desk, bedroom, and bathroom, with a reasonable layout. The bedroom has a city view, while the living room has a tower view, with a wide view. The newly renovated room style strikes a good balance between golden European style and wooden Chinese style, neither monotonous nor too luxurious, making it very comfortable. 🛌Supplies/Facilities: The hotel is located in the Zhujiang New Town area, a central location, and it takes just over half an hour to get here by taxi from Guangzhou South Railway Station. Upon arrival at the hotel entrance, the concierge enthusiastically helped unload the luggage, leaving a good first impression. The front desk check-in process was fast, with a brief introduction to the facilities, and guests were escorted to the elevator. The clothes dryer in the room is especially useful during the humid season, solving the problem of damp clothes. The service staff at the hotel and Lai Heen restaurant are warm and attentive, especially Samual and Hang, whose service attitude is unforgettable. 🍱Dining: I had lunch at Lai Heen restaurant and ordered the dishes recommended by the staff, each of which was excellent. The squid dumplings were tender and steamed to perfection, with a light fragrance; the black truffle conch slices looked ordinary but showcased the crisp sweetness of the conch slices; the salted kumquat partridge (or chicken, pigeon) soup was fresh and sweet, with the salty aroma of the salted kumquat adding a unique flavor; the combination of sour bamboo shoots and beef tendon was novel, with the sour bamboo shoots perfectly blending into the gelatinous beef tendon, resulting in a soft and glutinous texture. The restaurant's serving speed and rhythm control were good, allowing customers to enjoy a comfortable dining experience. 💗Other tips: The hotel's mixed Chinese and European style is rare in today's hotels, but it is cleverly integrated and unique. The dishes at Lai Heen restaurant retain traditional cooking techniques while also having innovative elements, making it worth a try. If you plan to visit Guangzhou and pursue a high-quality accommodation and dining experience, The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou is definitely a good choice.
