Guangzhou's renowned coconut chicken, Juhui Fang Coconut Chicken, features a sweet and delicious coconut milk broth made from three different types of coconuts. The chicken used is Wenchang chicken, raised for 160 days in their own coconut grove, with tender skin and firm meat. Original Coconut Chicken The chicken is cooked in the boiling broth for four minutes, resulting in tender and juicy meat. The original coconut broth is my favorite, with every sip being incredibly sweet and fresh. Handmade Lemon Pork Meatballs The meatballs contain crunchy water chestnut pieces inside, making them refreshing, chewy, and tender. Each meatball carries a hint of lemon fragrance.
