Trace back to a thousand years ago and reproduce the ancient charm of Fancheng - Gu'an Liao Tomb.

The Gu'an Liao Tomb Special Exhibition is located in the Liao Tomb Special Exhibition Hall on the west side of the first floor of the Gu'an County Museum in Hebei Province. The exhibition hall was officially opened to the public in 2023, displaying more than 40 pieces (sets) of cultural relics unearthed from 4 ancient tombs in Gu'an during the late Liao Dynasty, including white glazed bowls and plates, celadon glazed cup holders, and gray pottery pots. These 4 ancient tombs were excavated in 2021. After 4 months of work, a total of 367 pieces (sets) of various cultural relics from the Liao, Song, and Jin periods were unearthed, including pottery, porcelain, wood, jade, bronze, and stone sutra pillars. It provides rich physical materials for the study of the economy, culture, folklore, religion, etc. of the Liao Dynasty. It is another important discovery of Liao Dynasty archaeology in Hebei after the Xuanhua Liao Tomb, and has extremely high cultural relic value.
