[Bullet! Goto Islands] My Itinerary and Budget

The Goto Islands are made up of 129 islands, large and small. They're divided into two areas: Kamigoto in the north and Shimogoto in the south. This time, I visited Shimogoto for a two-day, one-night trip, focusing on Fukue Island. ✨ I flew from Haneda on Friday night and stayed the night before in Fukuoka. This allowed me to arrive on Fukue Island just after 9am! However, we recommend staying in Goto for at least two nights. 🥹 𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠 Part of the travel expenses ◾️Transportation to Goto Airfare (Fukuoka to Fukue) ¥12,910 Jetfoil (Fukue to Nagasaki) ¥8,510 ◾️Transportation within the island Rental car (2 days) ¥13,600 Seagull (Fukue ↔ Kuga Island) ¥1,580 Kuga Island taxi ¥9,000 (just under) ◾️Accommodation Bed and breakfast (1 night, 2 meals included) ¥7,500 + accommodation tax ◾️Other Dozaki Church Museum ¥300 Lunch, etc. Since we were traveling as a couple, rental cars and taxis were half the price above♪ 𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠𓇠 💡Information for late July 2025 By the way... Sunset was at 7:30 PM, but due to dinner at the guesthouse, we were unable to see the sunset from the Osezaki Lighthouse Observatory. If you're planning on going, be sure to check the sunset time and plan accordingly! Please note that Day 2 does not include lunch. lol While waiting for the boat to Nagasaki, we enjoyed curry at a lovely cafe on the second floor of the Fukue Port Terminal!
