Perak, Gopeng | New Hot Spot: Kyoho Grape Vineyard

#springitinerary After visiting Zahara Garden, we took a 20-minute drive to the Kyoho Grape Vineyard. Maybe I came at the off-season because there weren’t many grapes on the vines. 🍇😅 Inside the vineyard, a friendly staff member explained the grape growing process. Right next door, there are some small animals to interact with, but the biggest surprise was seeing meerkats — yes, the same little guys from The Lion King (Timon)! 🦦✨ A little further ahead on the right is a slope you can climb to see camels roaming around — pretty amazing to spot camels in Gopeng since they’re usually found only in zoos. You can even feed them! 🐪🥰 If you keep walking, you’ll find a hydroponic vegetable garden nearby. Next to a pond, there’s a cozy hall where you can rest, watch ducks and geese swimming, and even buy fresh fish and homegrown fruits and veggies. 🥬🐟🦆 They also offer accommodation and delicious local food — perfect for a weekend getaway to escape the city’s hustle and bustle.
