Gongyi Shiju Tribe Homestay is so unique that I don't want to leave.

It's a 2.5-hour drive from Pingdingshan, making it a great choice for a weekend getaway. When I was in Zhengzhou, there were no such homestays, and I don't know when they became popular. This Shiju Tribe is a typical rural cave style. The owner provides barbecue grills, skewers, charcoal, and other necessities, so you can have a self-service barbecue at night. It's also very cost-effective, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great choice for families traveling together. The rooms come in different types, such as double beds, standard rooms, and lofts. The hygiene is up to standard, and the details are thoughtful (tea sets and magazines are provided). There is a shared courtyard for every 3 to 4 rooms, and the layout is very reasonable. If you want to spend a weekend in the mountains, this is a great choice that won't disappoint. Dining: Breakfast, stir-fried dishes, barbecue, etc. The taste is good, above the average farmhouse level, and the tableware is exquisite. Service: My friends and I were all very satisfied with the service. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were very enthusiastic and obviously well-trained. It made us feel very comfortable.
