When Egyptians think of tasty, fast and cheap, it's Koshari! The dish in the photo costs about 200 yen per plate. Short pasta and beans topped with tomato garlic sauce and lots of fried onions, it's just as delicious as you'd imagine 😋The sauce for flavor change is a little on the sour side, which goes really well with the rich flavor.
