#tokyotravel I recently visited Salon Ginza Sabou with a friend on the weekend, and it was such a pleasant surprise! Despite being located in a commercial building, the café exudes a stylish, peaceful vibe that makes you forget you're in the middle of a busy shopping area. We ordered the Japanese-style tiramisu served in a wooden masu cup, and it was absolutely delicious. The dessert had the perfect balance of soft, creamy mascarpone with chewy white mochi and crunchy chocolate bits – a lovely twist on the traditional tiramisu. Two reasons I'd recommend this spot: 1.
