The owner speaks a little English, but there is no problem ordering. If you ask for the leftovers to be packed, they will wrap them nicely in a ramen bag :) There is chili oil on the table, and it is really delicious. It was really delicious when I mixed it with Jjajangmyeon. I ate like that and it cost 18 ringgit, about 6,000 won. I wanted to drink regular green tea iced tea, but I didn't know the name of the tea, so I just ordered iced tea and drank it as they gave it to me. It tasted like jujube water, but it was sweet and delicious. :) It's on the Kimberley Street side. They open early in the morning, so it's okay to go for breakfast. #PenangRestaurants
