Norm Micro Roastery

#malaysiatrip Hidden in a warehouse near the coast in George Town lies a specialty coffee micro roastery, serving brunch in the day. 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 is anything but normal, with great clean aesthetics with an industrial concept. 👏🏻 To enter, you’ve got to push your way through a huge rotating door. The interior decor feels like a outdoor campsite, with the floor filled with small rocks and concrete benches. 🏕️ There’s a ton of open space with natural lighting pouring in through the glass windows on the roof. ☀️ We tried the 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 & 𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼, which is fragrant and so full of clams till you couldn’t really see the base! 🐚 It’s not overly creamy and has a sweet taste of clams. The 𝗚𝗼𝗴𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼 didn’t sound appetising, but looks delicious! The waffles are perfectly-shaped like hearts. ❤️ The dish tasted kinda a bit like an 𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘩 𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘩 dessert. #trip #cafe
