#January Good Places 2025 I thought Penang only had local snacks that were delicious, but I didn't expect that even Hong Kong-style tea is so delicious! Located in Penang near CS Malaysian University of Science, Maxim Dim Sum Pekaka is a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant run by locals. Recommended by the hotel counter, we made a special trip to have breakfast tea, wanting to taste the authenticity of Penang's port point.
