Zugspitze - the highest mountain in Germany

Cable cars run from Eibsee to the top of Zugspitze for panoramic views. There is a restaurant at the top with great food and stunning views. We were planning to head there for lunch to soak in all the views but unfortunately cable car tickets were sold out for the day (and the whole week). What a bummer. We were told to pre-book our tickets online ahead as they sell out fast, especially in winter. Ended up playing snow at the foot of the mountain near the car park. Some families brought their sledge there to play and it looked like lots of fun. #createwithtrip #germany #skiadventure #naturewonders #snow #beautiful
