The Fushou Ditch Museum is the only underground drainage system museum in the country. I came here to learn this time. Fushou Ditch is the underground drainage system of Song Dynasty Ganzhou that the city is most proud of. The waterway of this drainage system from the Northern Song Dynasty is shaped like the Chinese characters for 'fortune' and 'longevity', hence the name Fushou Ditch. This 'thousand-year flood-free' urban underground drainage system, with its brick and stone structure, crisscrossing support ditches, and design that includes zone drainage, automatic water volume adjustment, and automatic water window opening and closing, is also the underground drainage system that Song Dynasty Ganzhou is most proud of. The museum has two floors above ground and one below. The first floor and the basement are the main exhibition areas, while the second floor is mainly for the museum's special exhibitions, research and learning areas, and offices. The exhibition area consists of six major parts: the preface hall, the origin of Fushou, the wisdom of Fushou, the sponge city, lessons from other mountains, and the inheritance postscript. The Fushou Ditch Museum is more like a science popularization base. In the exhibition design, it uses mirrors, projections, structures, and artistic installations as interactive experiences, immersive virtual roaming, bringing visitors a 'real' time-travel experience.
