Maybe you haven’t heard of Galway But you must have heard of Boss Huang’s Galway Girl I fell in love with this seaside town at the first stop of my self-driving tour in Ireland. Opposite is a row of rainbow houses. Seagulls and swans pass by from time to time and eavesdrop. There are a lot of people waiting in line at Hooked, a popular local seafood restaurant.
