So lucky! I saw the latest first snow in 130 years on Mt. Fuji at Lake Kawaguchi.

Real photos taken at Lake Kawaguchi on Nov 12–13 I say I'm lucky because I have to comfort myself for not seeing Mt. Fuji in the snow. ❄️ On the other hand, I didn't have to check in anywhere. We just rode our bikes 🚴 around Lake Kawaguchi and enjoyed the beautiful autumn scenery. 🍂 1⃣️ P1 - The first tree in the Maple Corridor is the only one that's completely red, but if you take a photo carefully, you can get the view in photo 1. 2⃣️ P2 - We saw a ginkgo tree on our way to the Maple Corridor. It was even more golden than Seiya's Gold Cloth. 3⃣️ P3/11 - Oishi Park. You can take photos of Mt. Fuji 🗻 with lots of plants. I think the reeds (maybe) are the most autumnal. 4⃣️ P4/5 - Nagasaki Park. It's a very chill park. Lying on the grass by the lake makes you feel like the world is beautiful. It's not as crowded as Oishi Park. 5⃣️ P6-9 - Fuji View Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel! It's not right by the lake, but the rooms aren't super expensive. We booked a 72 m² room with a view of Mt. Fuji. It was less than half the price of popular hotels like Kukuna and Ubuya. If you don't mind not seeing Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi together, you should definitely come here. The hotel's garden is as beautiful as a park. You can walk to Lake Kawaguchi in just a few minutes. There's a free public bath ♨️, both indoor and outdoor. The breakfast 🥣 is a combination of Japanese and Western food. It's amazing to eat breakfast while looking at Mt. Fuji! Anyway, I didn't see the perfect Mt. Fuji 🗻, so I'll have to come back. But seeing Mt. Fuji without snow will make you appreciate the beauty of Lake Kawaguchi. (Actually, I live every day without snow, and I hate that I saw the latest first snow in 100 years.) Hahaha
