Minbo - Fujian Museum

The Fujian Museum is located in Hutou Street, Gulou District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. It consists of the main hall, comprehensive hall, natural hall, Bo Garden and other buildings, as well as the ancient battlements in the setting sun, Jinlin small garden and other landscapes. The main building is a collection of several elements with Fujian cultural characteristics: the J-shaped roof with Fujian residential characteristics, the totem column reflecting the connotation of the word 'Min', the relief wall that gathers the essence of Chinese cultural relics, the natural museum building that simulates the style of Fujian Tulou, and the main building square with diffused water patterns. The exhibition halls include 'The Light of Fujian Ancient Civilization', 'Fujian Ancient Export Porcelain', 'Fujian Opera Overview', 'Craft Treasures', 'Exhibition of Fine Calligraphy and Painting in the Collection', etc. The treasures of the museum include the brown floral Luo pants with seams on both sides of Nanfu, the Guanyin statue of Ming Dehua kiln, the cloud-patterned bronze Da Nao, and the copper gilt lion stove of Wang Yanhan in the Five Dynasties of Min Kingdom.
