When I was traveling through Italy, I realized you can’t bring home too much pasta as a souvenir… but you can learn to cook it yourself 💡✨ That’s why I joined a pasta-making class in Florence — and it became one of the highlights of my trip! 👩🍳 We met near the Dante Alighieri house, tied on our aprons, and made three kinds of fresh pasta. The chef was so fun (he kept saying “Pappardelleee ❤️”) and explained every step clearly. 🍷 The best part? UNLIMITED WINE — red, white, whatever you liked.
