Explore Ancient Florence

This time, I chose the Atlantic Palace Hotel in Florence, located at Via Nazionale 12. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station! 🙌 It is also very close to Florence's main attractions and shopping areas, with convenient transportation nearby. Upon arrival, the reception was very friendly and efficient. To my surprise, one of the receptionists spoke quite good Chinese and quickly helped us store our luggage. 😊 The hotel has a historical feel and is very spacious, like living in a small palace. Although the front desk looks modern, I found many ancient elements in the room. I stayed in a double room with complete facilities. Although a bit old, it was clean and tidy. 👫 The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious and bright. Surprisingly, the panoramic window offered a view of the city, unlike some rooms with frosted glass. The bathroom was generously sized, with a shower and toiletries. There are many attractions near the hotel, such as the Cathedral, Uffizi Gallery, and Piazza della Signoria, all within a 10-minute walk. You can even walk to Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning view of the city! 🌆 There are also many authentic restaurants nearby, such as Ristorante Taj Palace and Bambi Trippa e Lampredotto, which are delicious and affordable. Of course, I noticed some minor issues after staying for a while. For example, the hotel is located in the city center, so it can be a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends. Fortunately, the room is soundproof, and closing the window minimizes the noise. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, so the temperature cannot be adjusted, which is a minor inconvenience. However, overall, the experience was quite good. Overall, I was very satisfied with the location, service, and overall experience at the Atlantic Palace Hotel.
